Beginning Exercisers

Beginning Exercisers are persons who have never exercised…or who have exercised with weights and/or aerobics for less than 6 months.

Life is too short to try and make all the mistakes yourself. One of the major differences between wise people and foolish people is that wise people learn from other people’s mistakes…as well as from their own. So learn from my mistakes (and those of countless other exercisers over the past 60+ years) instead of simply repeating them like so many exercisers continue to do.

Losing Excess Body Fat

You didn’t get picked to be on Oprah’s, Dr. Phil’s, or one of the other “Weight-Loss Challenges”.
