If you are one of these people, then you need to be under a doctor’s supervision for any exercise program that you want to attempt. If you are relatively healthy and not too far out-of-shape, i.e., not more than ±20 pounds (9-10 kilos) overfat and you have already been exercising for 6 months or more, the CTTC Workouts can usually put you in the best shape of your life already within 8 weeks. The other 4 weeks will then be even further improvement of your health and fitness…and your body!
Of course, in order to achieve the best results from this (or any) exercise program, your nutrition will have to be correct as well.
If you have between 20 and 30 pounds (9-14 kilos) of excess body fat, but are otherwise relatively healthy, the CTTC Workouts can usually put you in the best shape of your life within these 12 weeks.
I will not lie to you. If your excess body fat is more than this, and/or your health is not the best, of course it will take longer, but exactly how you will need to adapt the CTTC Workouts to your individual situation is also fully covered, both in the book as well as in this report.
However, the CTTC reports on health and nutrition will also be necessary for the best results.
